I have always had a love for animals. While living in New Jersey I had a pet sitting business called Country Girl Pet Care. I also got my first Sphynx because of the lack of hair. After getting my first sphynx Zack, I completely fell in love with the breed. They are an amazing breed so loving and affectionate. I found a breeder that would work with me, so my journey started in breeding this wonderful breed. I started my cattery Planet Nudes Sphynx. I met many wonderful friends while showing in the Tri State Area. I had the fortune so show many beautiful cats. I managed to show many of the cats to champion. My stud Bare Babies Black Tye Affair earned the title of Supreme Grand Champion.

Due to a divorce I moved back to Oklahoma where I was born and raised. I brought all of my cats with me. I continued to breed but due to working long hours I made the decision to stop breeding. I fixed my breeding females and stud. The vet that fixed them ended up keeping Tye she loved him so much that she got a large portrait tattoo of him. I kept my females, and their ashes are now displayed loving on my entertainment center.

I recently decided that I was at a point in my life where I could start breeding again. I spoke with my breeder friends and ended up getting 3 females and a boy. Unfortunately after consulting with my vet and a breeder friend I made the heart breaking decision to to fix them because I did not feel that they were not healthy enough to breed. It was a very hard decision I spent $12,000 dollars buying these cats. But in good conscience I could not breed cats that were not healthy.

I spoke with my really good friend Tracy from NoCoatKitty and she explained about all the health issues that are plaguing this wonderful breed. Tracy told me about the wonderful breed of the Devon Rex. After doing lots of research about this amazing breed of Devon Rex I decided on this wonderful adventure. I reached out to breeder Larisa Ostrovskaya in Russia and arranged to purchase a beautiful female Nirvana and a very handsome boy named Isida Raymond which is often interpreted as “wise protector” or “guarding.
